Feijoada
01 kilo de feijão preto
01 cebola picada
04 dentes de alho picados
pimenta dedo-de-moça à gosto
02 linguiças calabresa
02 paios
01 lombinho canadense
200grs de carne-seca
Modo de fazer: Descasque todas as carnes e cozinhe até ficarem macias. Reserve.Deixe o feijão preto de molho por duas horas e depois cozinhe após pegar pressão por 40minutos.
Refogue a cebola , o alho e a pimenta em azeite , junte o feijão e as carnes. Cozinhe até engrossar o caldo . Experimente para acertar o sal se necessário , já que asas carnes são bem salgadas.
